Shipping charges

Shipping costs only apply to physical (material) products.

For all online orders with a cost of €100 or more, shipping costs for physical products are free.

For orders under €100, the shipping costs for physical products are:

• €5 for Attica
• €10 for the rest of Greece except Attica
• €15 for EU countries
• €20 for countries outside the EU

The above prices do not include VAT of 24%.

Shipping methods

Digital products

Digital products are available for download immediately after payment and completion of your order. Once you have paid for your order, you will receive an email with the link to download the digital products.

If you have chosen to pay by bank deposit then you will need to wait until your deposit is verified and once this has happened you will receive the email with the link to download your digital products.

Natural products

Orders that include physical products are shipped with a private shipping company.

All physical product orders are shipped the next business day from the date they are placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note with the company's contact information so that you can arrange to come back at a time that works best for you.
