Digital products are non-refundable.
The return of physical products is possible if the following conditions are met:
- The customer has informed by phone or email about the return up to 15 days from the purchase of the product.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Each product is in the condition in which it was received, has not been used, altered or is in any other condition than its original.
- Each product to be returned is properly packaged in order to be sent by a courier of your choice.
Also, please note that:
- Returned products may be exchanged for another product or you may receive a refund.
- Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us.
- If a product is faulty then please let us know at email@example.com to describe the problem first.

As soon as we receive the physical products you have returned to us, we will begin the process of refunding their value. The way in which the refund is made depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be returned to you either by canceling the charge on your credit card, or by refunding the money via Paypal, or by depositing the amount to the bank account that you will indicate to us if you had paid by cash on delivery.
